Hong Kong is our most recent office, yet no less strategic. While not operating as a traditional law firm, this office serves as a centre for legal and financial consultancy, with a particular focus on strategic operations involving the Middle East and Asian markets.

We chose Hong Kong for its common law jurisdiction, which naturally connects it to our London headquarters, and for its role as a bridge between East and the rest of the world.

Our goal is to make this office a reference point for complex cross-border transactions and for expanding our clients’ reach into Asian markets.

Ikigai Desk Legal Lab, through its Hong Kong hub, operates as an independent platform providing access to selected investment opportunities in the United States and Europe.

The platform is designed for Asian investors seeking direct exposure to real transactions that are typically not accessible through traditional banking or distribution channels.
