Miami represents a strategic cornerstone of Ikigai Desk Legal Lab's international presence. We selected Miami for its unique position as a gateway between North and South America, its proximity to major financial centres, and its increasingly significant role in international real estate and investment markets.

The office is led directly by the firm's founding partner and serves as our primary base for advising on transactions and projects across the United States, with a particular focus on Florida and New York.

We are currently in the advanced stages of establishing an investment fund dedicated to large-scale real estate development across key US markets, while continuing to strengthen our network of institutional partners throughout the American continent.

Miami now represents a key centre of operations for the firm, through which we support investors and businesses seeking to access and navigate both North and South American markets.
