For Ikigai Desk Legal Lab, Miami is a second Switzerland - or perhaps the first. The firm’s founder resides permanently in Miami, a city we have chosen as our base for developing significant projects in the United States, particularly in Florida and New York State.

We are in the process of establishing a fund dedicated to financing large-scale real estate developments, and we are strengthening our relationships with strategic partners across the Americas.

Miami is now a key focus for our group’s activities, serving as a reference point for investors and operators targeting both North and South American markets.
